Description:
EA-DFB Light Source Module, based on electroabsorption modulators integrated with DFB lasers (EADFB), modulation rate > 10/40Gbps, central wavelength 1528 to 1568 nm, output power 0.5 to 2 mW, Side Mode Suppression Ratio (SMSR) is 35 to 52 dB. OEM model is well available on customer’s special request.
